Complete RG Scrubbing Plants

RG Scrubbing Plants are supplied in three capacities-  6 tonnes per hour feed, 20 tonnes per hour feed and 80 tonnes per hour feed. The exact tonnage per machine is material dependent. The plants are supplied complete with everything you need to process your alluvial ore. You need a good water supply (please see machine requirments) and suitable earth moving equipment. Please see Scrubber Spec sheets to choose the correct scrubber for you. Below are some pictures of the other components that are supplied with the scrubbers to build up a complete processing solution.   Water Mesh Reservoir

A mesh reservoir is supplied from which we pump the RG water supply.

Volume 170 m3
1,5 m high 12m diameter

 

Water Supply Pump

The pump supplies water from the pond to the RG scrubber plant at correct volume and pressure.

 

  Water Monitor and Feed Trough/Chute

Feed material is dumped at the mouth of the feed chute. A water monitor directs a jet of high pressure water to wash the material down the chute and into the RG

Slurry Pumps and Sumps

We supply slurry pumps where needed for each plant. These are used for moving slurry or for tails removal

 

  Goldkatcha with Lockbox GOLD

For a 6 tone per hour Gold plant, we have the twin Goldkatcha option. It is a rotating, gravity concentrator. Can be coupled with RG60

Knelson Concentrator GOLD

Knelson can be paired with all sizes of RG scrubbers. A highly efficient gravity concentrator for gold and chromite

 

  Gemini Upgrade Table GOLD

The Gemini Upgrade Table produces smeltable gold from the Golkatcha or Knelson Concentrators.

Spirals TIN, TANTALITE, CHROMITE

For chromite, tin and tantalite. The banks of spirals are a quick and efficient means of separating the target mineral from the waste

  

  Generator

We supply John Deere generators with Marelli Alternators.

Electrical Fittings

The entire plant is wired through this control box. All electrics are installed and tested before leaving the works in Johannesburg. Also included is a lighting tower for operating the plant at night.

Our PS range of HIM’s (Horizontal Impact Mills) are a secondary & tertiary reduction machine “all in one”. They are capable of doing all the work done previously done by two conventional crushing systems (jaw & cone) AS WELL AS further reduction to fines.
